BMW repair & performance in Loveland, Colorado
Most BMW problems are predictable, which is the good news. Cooling systems, gaskets and ignition components wear on a schedule, and a shop that has seen them a hundred times fixes them faster and for less than one that has not.
We work on the full range and on M cars specifically — servicing, diagnostics, and the supporting work that has to happen before anyone talks about more power.
BMW models we work on
- M2 / M3 / M4
- M5
- X5 M / X6 M
- 3 & 5 Series
- X-range SUVs
- M8
- i-range
What we are usually fixing on a BMW
The items below come up often enough on this marque to be worth naming. If yours is doing one of them, you are not the first.
-
Cooling system overhaul
Water pump, thermostat, expansion tank and hoses. The single most common reason a BMW ends up on a flatbed.
-
Oil filter housing and valve cover gaskets
A near-universal leak point. Usually found as oil on the exhaust and a smell after a drive.
-
VANOS solenoids and seals
Rough idle, lost low-end torque and a stored code. Straightforward once diagnosed correctly.
-
Carbon cleaning on direct injection
Walnut blasting the intake valves. N54, N55 and S55 engines all benefit on mileage.
-
S63 and S65 rod bearings
A documented service item on the M V8s. Done preventatively, it is maintenance; done late, it is an engine.
-
Charge pipes and boost leaks
The plastic charge pipe is a known failure on turbo cars, more so once tuned.
Performance work
Downpipes, intercoolers, intakes and ECU calibration, plus the cooling and fuelling upgrades that need to come with them.
We have built twin-turbo R8s, Lamborghinis and GT-Rs past 2,500 horsepower, and customers ship cars to us from across the country for that work. The same people handle your scheduled service.
Bring us the car
Tell us the model, the mileage and what it is doing. We will tell you what it needs, what can wait, and what it costs — usually the same day.
