IMS bearing and rear main seal
The well-known weak point on M96/M97 engines — 996 and early 997 cars. Worth addressing while the transmission is already out for a clutch.

A documented issue on 997-era engines. We borescope before you buy, and before a big bill turns into a bigger one.

Coolant pipe failures
The glued coolant pipes on Cayenne and Panamera V8s are a known failure. Pinning is the permanent fix.

PDK and manual transmission service
PDK fluid and filter on schedule, clutch replacement, and flywheel work.

Water pump and thermostat
A routine wear item that becomes an expensive one if it lets go on the road.

Brakes, including PCCB
Pads, discs and fluid. Carbon ceramic inspection and replacement when the numbers say so, not before.
Performance work
