A G63 does not need a G-Wagen invoice for an oil service. The work is the same; the labour rate is not.

M156 head bolts and camshaft wear
The documented issue on the naturally aspirated 6.2 V8 — stretched head bolts and lifter/cam wear. Worth inspecting on any car of that era.

Airmatic struts and compressor
A sagging corner overnight is almost always a strut or the valve block. Compressors then fail from overwork.

Transmission service and conductor plate
Fluid and filter on the 722.9 and 9G, plus conductor plate faults that present as harsh or delayed shifts.

A known wear point on the twin-turbo V8s. Caught early it is a line; caught late it is a turbo.
